We use only the freshest ingredients, obtained from local sources whenever possible. Our menu changes frequently in order to bring you the freshest, tastiest bounty the season has to offer.  Many of our products are organic and we utilize cooking methods that intensify the naturally delicious flavors of our products while retaining their nutrients.  We want every guest to feel satisfied and energized!


We do things different.  We are passionate about serving food that is delicious and good for you.  Our hamburgers and steaks come from locally raised cows, no steroids or hormones or antibiotics.  Always fresh, never frozen.  Our eggs taste amazing because they come from happy hens - our egg farmers are humane certified. We work with many small, local farms to source the freshest produce available - you may just be eating salad greens that were picked this morning!  We would never feed our guests anything we wouldn't be proud to put in our own bodies or our children's. 
We have a small in-house bakery to supply our restaurant with the very best, made-from-scratch cakes, pies, pastries, and desserts. We never use mixes - only the finest quality natural and organic ingredients available.
